Lovely quality bracket made from heavy gauge metal and with a top quality finish. Great design. There is a small thumbscrew on either side you can loosen to enable the top part to slide upwards to release the bottles. In practice I think you could just unscrew the bottle top and insert a funnel but I haven't needed to refill them yet.

Sometimes you just need to buy quality, as in this case.
