BeWild Retreat

The BeWild Retreat is a full-day reset on the Jurassic Coast — designed for women who are ready to move, breathe, feel and simply be. A day that begins before the world wakes up and ends with something to carry home.
We begin at The Lodge at Lulworth — a beautifully restored coastal hotel built on the site of Lulworth's original watermill, a pebble's skim from the famous Lulworth Cove. It is the kind of place that feels quietly special the moment you arrive. From here, the Jurassic Coast stretches out in both directions, and Durdle Door — one of England's most breathtaking stretches of coastline — is right on the doorstep. There is nowhere quite like it.
- We meet at dawn and set off together on a coastal hike to Durdle Door, arriving as the light opens up over the sea — followed by a guided meditation on the clifftop.
- An energising yoga flow designed to wake the body and settle the mind, followed by a nourishing breakfast back at the Lodge to refuel.
- A full hour at @saltwatersauna for an authentic Nordic sauna experience followed by a bracing sea dip (or several).
