Refund and Returns Policy

At Wild England, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once received, we will issue a refund or replacement as agreed.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
