On the 22nd of April, it is National Earth Day.
It originated in 1970 and is known as ‘The dawn of the modern environmental movement’.
2024’s Earth day focus is on plastic reduction and they are continuing their drive to raise awareness, with focus on a commitment of 60% reduction by 2040.
