THREE DORSET COAST WALKS WE KEEP GOING BACK TO
───
Durdle Door to Lulworth Cove
About 3 miles one way, and one of those walks where you cannot quite believe you are in England. Start at Durdle Door early - before the crowds - and follow the cliff path east to Lulworth. The views coming down into the cove are extraordinary. Take a flask. Take your time.
Chapman's Pool via Worth Matravers
This one rewards the effort of getting there. Park in Worth Matravers, walk down through the fields and you will find one of the most quietly spectacular coves on the coast. Wild swimmers love it. In the school holiday shoulder season it is still blissfully quiet.
Golden Cap from Seatown
The highest point on the south coast of England, and the walk up from Seatown beach is gentler than it looks. On a clear day you can see for miles in every direction. The descent back to the beach, with the sea below you, is one of our favourite moments in all of Dorset. The children love it too.
